I received an HR call and set up a phone screen and one phone interview. The interview focused on coding, specifically LeetCode-style questions, and required me to solve two coding questions within 45 minutes. I solved both questions but did not proceed to the next step, nor did I receive any feedback.

Pros: - Great freedom on what to work on.
- Lots of talented colleagues.
- Many perks and good pay.
- Relaxed work environment (for most teams at least).
Cons: At least in my org, I felt like there was a lack of direction coming from directors/VPs. This meant we had extreme freedom on what to do, but it also meant quite a few useless projects that ended up not having wider company impact.
