One phone interview, then one on-campus.
It moved very fast, and I received an offer the day after the second-round interview.

Pros: Working from home became the standard. Going to the office is optional, and we usually go 2-3 days a week.
Cons: Some perks were removed: spa, laundry, and Meta days. We also have fewer restaurant options.
