Pros: Engineering contains some of the smartest people you will ever work with. If you want a place to learn and grow as a software engineer, this is it.
Cons: Org politics are a fact of life, and sudden changes in leadership opinion can result in long days and weekends to meet arbitrary deadlines. Leadership can be more concerned about optics and how they are perceived than actual engineering craft.
