Cons: Terrible management. The company is doing well financially, but it keeps laying off good engineers.
Even worse are the managers who would sacrifice ICs.

Pros: Amazing company, at least the teams I have been in. Extremely employee-centered and friendly. All of your teammates truly care about you and help you succeed.
Cons: Might be fast-paced for some and requires a lot of self-initiative and independence at times.
