HR connected me and asked some simple questions. I was told to have a phone interview, during which the interviewer asked simple questions. The onsite interview was not professional. There were three architecture questions and three coding questions. One of my interviewers was an Indian gentleman, and he did not communicate with me. I kept asking him to clarify, but he refused to answer. How can they ask such rude people to interview others?
Three architecture questions. Simple, but it seems they have a problem at work: did they steal the interviewee's idea?
Coding questions are not for testing skills, but more for asking people to leave.
