Applied online on the Meta site. A university recruiter contacted me to schedule my first interview round, a phone screen. I was asked two questions: one easy and one medium. The dates were very flexible, allowing me to take at least one month to prepare.

Pros: Great work environment, awesome people, and many opportunities for learning technologies in-depth. There's lots of leeway given to engineers to work on areas that they believe are important.
Benefits are awesome.
Cons: Hours are entirely flexible, so it is up to employees to keep their work-life balance in check.
I'm at a remote site, so I will occasionally need to stay late for meetings with other places. This happens to me about once a month.
