Next, there was an "on-site" group interview where I answered behavioral questions and a few technical whiteboarding questions.

Pros: FB gave a fantastic response during the Covid outbreak, from extra payment bonuses to skipping performance evaluations and giving employees access to reduced working hours setup.

Pros: If you're smart and good at software engineering, this place is the best for your career development. Excellent people, excellent food, excellent pay.
Cons: If you're rather new to the industry, you can struggle. Sometimes moving too fast at an early stage won't be good for your overall development throughout the years. There is no work-life balance at all.
