Process
Awful process where recruiters come off as amazing. Then, once you do the technical interview, which they tell you to study six weeks for, you get one question. If you get it wrong, they act like you’re stupid. Their whole company comes off as arrogant. I would not recommend working within this toxic culture; they don’t treat you like a person.

Pros: Facebook is very flexible. You get to work on many projects there. The team is very young and dynamic, and the work is very challenging.
Cons: Facebook gives you a hard time when it comes to working hours. You need to put in a lot of effort, as many responsibilities will be on you, so it will be tough.
