Allow you to be exposed to more aspects of things, and that helps you grow.
Top leaders, though, are very pushy. They show care about employee benefits a lot.
Cons: You can't retire in this company; it expects a lot more from you than some other even bigger/older tech companies.
It is also going bigger and bigger. Corporation issues have started showing up.
