Process

Afterward, I had to code a palindrome detection algorithm. I answered the question eventually, but I encountered a couple of bugs while writing. This did not seem to please the interviewer, who wanted to ask follow-up questions.

Pros: The culture is amazing. They will work hard to find you something to work on that fits your passions and lets you make a huge impact. No corporate BS. Great people.
