I had a phone interview after the recruiter contacted me. It featured two medium algorithm questions, and you'd better offer the optimal solution. If your solution isn't the best, the interviewer will guide you to optimize the code. The interview will last 45 minutes, with the last 5 minutes reserved for you to ask questions.
