Pros: Lots of expertise in all the areas the company is working on. The opportunity to work in different fields within the company.

Cons: Sometimes you can feel pressure for deadlines to be met in really complex projects.

Pros: * High-paying salary with a seemingly unending upward trend in stock prices. * Smart, motivated colleagues. * Great tooling and constant improvements.

Cons: A lot of politics around who gets to run projects to favor stronger and popular engineers. This is because most, if not all, recognition for a project will go to a single engineer who organized it. It creates an environment where engineers are forced to focus on stealing or generating unnecessary, fake short-term projects that move the metrics instead of thinking of the app in a holistic, vision-driven way. Impossible amount of reading on work posts due to lacking structure. Average posts will include every single piece of information that's duplicative to feign detail.

Pros: #movefast #metamate #breakthings - free food - adult legos

Cons: - WLB - No return offer - Pays less than Amazon
