Technical interview conducted over phone and Coderpad.io.
They didn't require the code written to compile; instead, they wanted me to convince them that my solution worked.
The entire process took about an hour:
- 15 minutes discussing the resume
- 30 minutes for the question
- 15 minutes for any questions you may have for the recruiter
Questions
Given a set of random strings, write a function that returns a set grouping all anagrams together.
Example:
star, dog, car, rats, arc -> (star, rats), (arc, car), dog

Pros: The impact on the world one can have is sometimes hard to fathom. Also, most of the employees are just such decent human beings that it really skews the perspective on the world's population.
Cons: As is probably the case with most US tech companies, people tend to work a lot, and it can create stress for those who want to have a personal life as well.
