Process
On-campus interview. Facebook held a meet-up for candidates the night before to help us relax and meet the interviewer. The interviewer was really nice, but I should have prepared more. There was a 15-minute intro and background info, followed by 30 minutes for a medium-level LeetCode question.

Excellent Culture, Great Perks
Software Engineer • Former Employee
Menlo Park, California, United States
September 5, 2015
Pros: Great culture.
If you decide to join full-time, you will be allowed to rotate anywhere inside the company, which is really awesome.
Also, the signing bonus is really sweet, just saying.
Cons: Location is not great. You're not in the middle of San Francisco (assuming you would want to work in the HQ), but for those who love driving or don't mind commuting, you'll be more than fine.
