I applied online and was contacted by Facebook.
I had an initial screening interview which included basic questions about where I was and where I saw myself at Facebook.
Then, a technical interview was scheduled and conducted.
Questions
There was a question regarding string manipulation and checking it. It was challenging because it was a difficult question to understand at first.

Pros: - Smart people to work with.
Easily to find one or two co-workers who are very smart and be able to learn from them.
- A lot of opportunities to grow.
Flexibility to start a new project here is higher.
Be able to have opportunities to work on many new projects.
And you can choose the project based on your interest as well.
- Free food and snacks.
- Move fast.
Less process to ship things after code completion.
- Be able to work with a good tech stack.
Cons: - Almost no work-life balance in a few teams.
55-60 hours per week is normal in these teams.
- Peer pressure is more than in other companies because people here work so hard and enjoy working extra hours every day.
