Process
I applied online, and a recruiter sent an email to set up an interview. The recruiter was very encouraging and helpful throughout the process, from applying for a visa to the US to providing some tips on acing the interview.
Had a phone screen with a software engineer over video chat for 45 minutes. I was a little nervous since it was my first ever phone screen, and I did poorly on solving the problem.
A couple of days later, I received the rejection email from the recruiter.
