Process
They were very kind and the interview didn't feel burdensome. They just didn't provide feedback on the process.
The process before the interview was quite fast and they answered my questions.

Software Engineering Intern • Former Employee

November 25, 2016
Pros: - Flexibility and access with responsibility.
- High impact projects for interns and all access to an intern to make an impact of high scale. (I had good expectations from the Facebook internship, and indeed it provided an awesome internship experience. It overall turned out to be better than my expectation.)
- Awesome work culture with super friendly people.
- Free culture promoting discussion and free flow of ideas and information.
Cons: I do not have any cons as such to write here, which I realized from my experience as an intern at Facebook.
