Software Engineering Intern Interview Experience - Seattle, Washington

Process

I submitted my application to college recruiters. The recruiters were very friendly and outgoing. They had hosted several events on campus and seemed to want to get to know their candidates.

Three weeks later, I received an email requesting an on-campus technical interview. I interviewed with them and was contacted that evening for a second interview the next day.

After that interview, I heard back from the company four days later with an offer. The recruiter was more interested in asking me what I wanted from the company as opposed to trying to press me for an answer. I was invited to fly down to their headquarters to visit their Palo Alto branch and get a better feel for the company.
