Process
I was offered an interview opportunity.
I got on a video chat to do two coding problems that were medium difficulty. The interviewer was not too involved or helpful in answering questions. I did not proceed with the interview after this.

Pros: Compensation, prestige, and snacks. Great people to work with.
Cons: Stocks are going down. Since it's mainly stock comp, you might take a hit.

Amazing experience. Open culture, huge personal growth in technical and soft skills

Pros: The company culture embraces independence, quick problem-solving, and strong communication skills. There is a strong work hard, play hard mentality. Making mistakes is okay, as long as we take ownership and fix our own messes.
Cons: While it's doable to maintain a good work-life balance, it's also easy to get sucked into working long hours.
This is a combination of:
* Employee interest in resolving an issue or implementing a feature
* Poor documentation
* Unspoken pressure to take part in endless hackathons

Pros: No, seriously. I really can't imagine how Facebook could do a better job of making working there a fantastic experience. On top of the ridiculous benefits and wonderful culture, working at Facebook is an opportunity to work with awesome and dedicated colleagues on a product that touches a billion people.
You get to change the world, and have fun while doing it. What more could you ask for?
Cons: I don't know that I can think of a single bad thing about my experience at Facebook. It's going to be really difficult to go back to normal life.
