A recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn. The recruiter screen had general questions about my background and if I had ever fired someone.
The second round was scheduled two weeks out. It included one System Design/Product Architecture round and another Behavioral interview, which Meta calls the Team Management Experience interview.
I opted for Product Architecture, and the question was a standard "Hello Interview"/Alex Xu question. Meta provides almost all the questions and clearly sets expectations for the interview process right from the beginning.
