The process starts with contacting a recruiter. I was fortunate to have a friend who had previously interned at Facebook.

From there, if they like the looks of your application, you will be given an online screening test on the HackerRank platform – 90 minutes.

My advice is to keep calm, don't stress out, and make sure you read the question.

I solved this task with time to spare and was able to move on with the process. I was given a phone interview; however, I did not perform well.

The question was oriented heavily towards algorithm design and recursion, which I could have solved, but unfortunately, given the stress, I was unable to.
