Process
After sending in my resume, I was contacted by a recruiter. About two weeks later, I had a 45-minute phone interview.
The interviewer, a software engineer at Facebook, asked me to answer questions on Coderpad.io.
We spoke for a few minutes about our backgrounds at the beginning, coded for around half an hour, and then chatted at the end, during which I asked a question or two.
All in all, it was very pleasant, and they let me know within 24 hours.
