I had an on-campus interview. It was fairly straightforward, with data structures and algorithms questions. They gave you 30 minutes to solve the question and were looking for a really efficient solution. I recommend trying to crack down the most effective solution you can.

Pros: Fast-moving, good benefits. The hours aren't as awful as some tech companies (looking at you, Palantir).
Lots of flexibility to move teams, etc.
Cons: It's hard to stand out from everyone else. There are a lot of talented people around with often the same ideas.
