I first sent my resume, then had a coding interview by phone.
The interviewer led me down the wrong path, even though I was correct on my initial answer. The interviewer communicated poorly.
Although my code and algorithm were correct and worked well, I tested this after the interview. He did not make any effort to understand the solution, probably because it was different from his.
