Algorithm-based interview on a custom web application with no possibility of running code, but with syntax highlighting.
Really bad experience: the interviewer didn't care at all about me, and the environment was noisy.
The interview was only about coding; it was really fast and very pressing. No questions were asked about my experience or about me.
