I had to complete a "preferences at work" assessment (behavioral style questionnaire) and a coding assessment with 4 out of 5 questions.
A couple of weeks later, I was invited to a technical interview, which was conducted online using CoderPad and a Zoom call.
The interviewer was late, but they were nice.
Questions
I had one coding question with a Meta employee.
I had to talk about my reasoning for doing things certain ways and explain my code a lot.
They gave advice on what to do if you get stuck.
