Pros: One cool thing about working at Meta is to realize that almost everyone you see during your regular day uses software you are building.
Meta gives a unique opportunity of working with unprecedented scale that poses super interesting engineering challenges. And you'll be working on them together with extremely talented engineers.
Of course, let's not forget about good compensation and decent management.
Cons: I would mention quite a poor work-life balance and lack of recognition. Several rounds of severe layoffs were also quite a tough time to get through.
