Process

The interview process lasted about 3 months from the first contact.

Week 1-3: First interview (50 minutes long)
Week 4-5: Second interview (1 hour long, included a behavioral part)

The remaining time was for the negative answer.

I solved 2 questions in each interview but failed in the behavioral part, so watch out for that.

Questions

Search for the longest increasing subsequence of an array.

I tried to tell the interviewer that I already knew a similar problem, but she asked me to do it anyway.

Cons: At least in my org, I felt like there was a lack of direction coming from directors/VPs. This meant we had extreme freedom on what to do, but it also meant quite a few useless projects that ended up not having wider company impact.
