Cons: High Pressure: Working at a large tech company like Meta can be high-pressure, with aggressive deadlines, intense competition, and a fast-paced work environment. Pros: A perfect company for a career, a fun environment, fun people, lots of genius-level people. The company grows rapidly and continuously. A very good place to work. It's a pre-IPO company.

Cons: Mid-level managers are inexperienced and make lots of mistakes. Salaries are not so bright, but the company is pre-IPO, and it is a good opportunity.
