Software Engineer (Internship) Interview Experience - Poland
Process
I had one month of preparation time after a recruiter contacted me. The interview was smooth and quite easy for me. I solved all the questions, and the interviewer seemed satisfied with my answers.
After that, the recruiter was ghosting me for some time. Then, after a long break, I just received a standard rejection email. It was an unpleasant experience.
