Pros: Salary is obviously a plus. As for engineering roles, it's not hard to work full-time remote. So many people with different backgrounds to learn from, and 99% of people at FB are incredibly nice and easygoing. Team mobility isn't hard usually, and sometimes a change of scenery is needed. All the perks that FB gives to us. You get to work with probably some of the most advanced set of internal tools out there. FB actively contributes to open source and actively publishes releases. One example that comes to mind is React.

Cons: Yes, there will probably be weeks you work crazy hours, but I imagine it's the same everywhere. So, there's some learning curve on achieving work-life balance at FB. A lot can depend on your manager/team. I've known people who've had five-plus managers in a year due to managers leaving or some internal change.
