Submitted resume, selected for an on-campus interview with a current software engineer at Facebook. The interview was conducted on a whiteboard. The first 5 minutes were behavioral, then technical questions began. The interview was casual, yet it was difficult. The questions were similar to problems seen online, but an optimal solution (even more optimal than seen online) was expected.
