Had two 45-minute technical phone screens and received a decision in less than 2 weeks (I had a deadline).
In the technical interviews, they seemed much more interested in my thought process than in simply solving the problem, and they had follow-ups for several questions.
It was a very fast process, and they definitely took my deadline into full consideration.
