Facebook came to our campus career fair.
I gave the campus recruiters my resume and had a phone interview later that week.
The interviewer briefly asked about me with the typical "tell me about yourself" question and went straight into the technical questions.
There were around 10-15 minutes allocated per question.
The interviewer focused heavily on optimization, whether it be space or time, and was insistent on getting the best-optimized solution.
