A 45-minute phone interview took place. The first few minutes were spent on general introductions, including the interviewer's team and current projects. The conversation then moved directly into a coding question.

I came up with a possible solution fairly quickly. After discussing it again, I was asked to improve the runtime of one of the methods.

The interview concluded with a few minutes for any additional questions.
