Solutions Architect Interview Experience - United States
Process
The interview process was rather disappointing.
It involved multiple interviews:
- A initial screen
- An interview with two team members
- An interview with another business engineer
- An interview with a hiring manager
- An interview with a VP-level executive
The questions were tough and required the STAR method, so I had to prepare scenarios.
One interview was a technical SQL assessment, and another involved a list of architectural design questions.
Supposedly, I passed the interviews and was just waiting for an opening on the team. However, there were layoffs, and then their automated system informed me that I was rejected.
