Pros: The problem space is very interesting. Commitments from leadership are strong. Lots of solvable problems.

Cons: Lots of managers and directors who don’t know what to do and insist on steering. Lots of teams who have no path to success and end up randomized, everyone cause they have leadership backing. Poor quality managers who make bad decisions and then hide them.
