Application Review Our hiring team reviews your resume and any supporting materials to assess overall fit for the role and the team.
Initial Screening Call (20–30 minutes) A recruiter or hiring manager will walk through your background, clarify the role, discuss salary expectations, and answer any high-level questions you may have.
Technical/Skills Assessment Depending on the role, this may be a short take-home assignment, a live coding or case-study session, or a portfolio review. We focus on real-world tasks rather than trick questions.
Panel / Team Interview You’ll meet 2–4 team members you would work with directly. We’ll dig deeper into your experience, collaboration style, and how you approach problem-solving. This is also your chance to ask detailed questions about the role, team, and expectations.
Culture & Values Conversation A brief conversation (often combined with the panel) to understand how you like to work, give/receive feedback, and handle challenges, and to share more about how we operate as a team.
Decision & Offer After the interviews, we debrief internally and aim to get back to you quickly with either an offer or clear feedback about next steps.
