- Self Automation: The company encourages you to find your own projects and then drive those projects yourself. This is expected starting from the junior ICs, which prepares people for tough challenges and to acquire new skills.
- Learn and do the right thing: A good amount of people are very talented in the company, mostly people before 2020. If you are lucky to work with them, then learn from them and try to always find what is the best solution for the business.
- There is a lot of bullying.
- People will throw you under the bus.
- At the end of the day, it is just you fighting for yourself.
- You don't get the reward/acknowledgement for your work.
