The perks are amazing, the compensation is great, the products are amazing, and the infrastructure/tooling is excellent.
Above all else, I love the positive, exciting attitude I deal with every day. Not every single person is totally on-board, but the ratio of positive, excited, friendly people is higher than any other workplace I've seen.
I haven't encountered a significant "con" yet, other than the extremely high expectations. But is that a con, if everyone around you is invested in your success and tries to help you excel?
