Not a friendly culture
No pros, except the food that is good.
- Managers are non-technical.
- They intimidate the engineers working under them in meetings.
- They don't let them speak.
- They also don't give clarity on directions.
- HRBP or senior managers are not there to help you.
- Managers just bully you by leaps and bounds.
- You are just at the mercy of your 1-1 manager. If you can do flattery, then you would do fine; else, just leave the company.
- The campus is now becoming unhygienic; there is no cleaning in the building.
Hire some technical managers. Non-technical managers are just a NO to work with.
Senior management or HRBP is not there to help you.
