Sometimes it may become stressful during PSC time due to the impact-driven work culture. However, the PSC process has changed from semiannually to annually, so it will probably reduce stress for many folks.
Depending on your manager and team, you may be overworked and have a little worse work-life balance.
Try to focus on employee growth and WLB.

Meta Interview Experiences
Data Engineering Intern
Professional and organized – it only took about 20 minutes. There were 5 SQL and 5 general programming questions each. The answers to them were very short. The recruiter created a very pleasant atmosphere, even though it was only over the phone.
Senior Software Engineer
Tree question. Couldn't give tips at all. Interviewer was disconnected and condescending for each reject in 45 minutes. Really terrible candidate experience. There have been few good experiences with Meta.

First is the recruiter round, then a one-hour technical interview which included questions around SQL and Python. After that would be behavioural and other technical rounds. Other technical rounds would cover system design, etc.
