It didn't work out; I just wasn't qualified for the position offered. It took a while to get through this process, but I understand why I wasn't picked. Ultimately, I just wasn't the right person for the job, so I'm glad they found someone else.

I had a phone screen and a video call, both of which were very simple and not intense at all. The conversation was with the head of the team. There was no response for two weeks. Then I had to email them for the results.
