That Facebook is still interesting after 3 years is pretty amazing.
- Interesting product area
- Smart people, incredible company (not tech) infrastructure
- More transparency than I had anticipated.
- Size, it is getting big.
- Too many things going on at the same time.
- Quantity over quality.
Set clear directions for the teams and the company, and don't change them every 12 months.
