Pros

The ability to work remotely is nice, and there are lots of healthy snacks and good food in the cafeteria. It's exciting to be part of such fascinating product development.

Cons

Stability is nearly non-existent.

It's a constant churn of department reorganization. Every three months, things are being shuffled around, and people are constantly being cut.

Advice to Management

How is it effective to have a revolving door of contractors?

Instead of constantly hiring new employees who need to learn department processes, locations, etc., why not just keep them on?

The workers are not rental cars, they are PEOPLE, with families to support and housing to pay for.

Nobody likes stressing whether or not they will have a job at the start of each quarter.
