Virtually no numpties: not the smartest group I ever saw, but definitely – for any company with more than ten employees – the one with the least wasters.
Devs are the most important people in the company. It's nice to be that person; people that have worked in investment banks will know what I mean.

You can do anything or buy anything that gets the job done: senior management have very few things that "you just can't do".
Though one thing you can't do is work a four-day week, at least not as a manager.
It's pretty full-on. There's always loads to do, and for a UK manager, 5 PM to 7 PM, Monday through Thursday, is video conference season. If you don't mind coming in late to stay late, that can be okay, but if you prefer to start early, it makes for a long day.
