Move fast, good benefits, that's it.
Terrible WLB, especially mentally stressful. Lots of politics. Bad leadership, licking up and kicking down. No long-term strategy; move fast in micro, but when you zoom out, it's running in a circle. Extremely metric-driven, with no care about user problems or strategy. This translated into growth and low-quality work with no long-term vision.
Stop sucking up and kicking down.
