Pros

Amazing perks, pretty much the same as you get at any of the big companies, like micro-kitchens and all high-quality equipment.

I was given a new MacBook Pro 15" completely upgraded and a Galaxy S6 for the summer, as well as anything else I could have asked for or needed.

There was an overwhelming sense of community. If you had a problem, you could ask anyone and they would help you or find someone who could.

Cons

All of the problems I had were specific to the FBU program, so I can't say anything about how a normal SWE internship would be. But from what I have been told, they are very different. I thought the program wasn't very challenging, but it wasn't easy by any stretch of the means either.

As for cons with the company itself, I don't really have any. I can't think of anything that I saw as something negative; it was just that good of an experience.

Advice to Management

Again, I was in the FBU program, which is very separated from the actual company hierarchy, so I can't really speak very much for the actual management. The managers and organizers for the FBU program were great and were really working to make it as great as possible.
