You have to be able to manage upwards and downwards, and it can be stressful sometimes.
More transparency and conversation around career advancement and compensation would be nice.

Process. 1-2 phone interviews followed by 3-4 on-site interviews. I managed to clear the first round but messed up in the second round. The questions were really simple, and the interviewers were helpful.
