En termes de revenu, c'est environ 50% des US pour la partie fixe/salaire, mais environ 90% pour les actions gratuites (RSU) qui sont versées.
Comme la part des actions gratuites dans la rémunération augmente avec l'expérience, l'écart avec les US est plus important pour les juniors que pour les seniors.
Levels.fyi a les bons ordres de grandeur, mais il faut faire attention : la plupart des chiffres donnés sont pour les US.
